The author of the book Karl Albrecht, has included different ways to assess individual social awareness and capacity. He simplifies the definition of  Multiple Intelligence by Howard Gardner, making it more relevant and up to date. Here and there, people are looking and craving for more information. It has been a part of growth and moving that we get information for direction and guidance to perform and follow.
