If a man empties his purse into his head, no man can take it from him. An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.

Knowing about Psycho Cybernetics

Psycho Cybernetics is about changing and improving oneself, enabling to feel and live as changed individual.
The author Maxwell Maltz was a highly successful plastic surgeon based in New York. He found that though he could change his patients' faces, often they would still feel bad about their appearance for psychological reasons; they were in need of a "psychological facelift." Maltz popularised the term "self-image" to describe this inner face.In 1960 he published
Psycho-Cybernetics in which he introduced his analogy of the brain as a cybernetic "servo-mechanism", like the computer on a guided missile,designed to automatically find a path to the target (self-image) it is programmed with. His book was highly innovative at the time and became one of the most influential text son the subject of self-image psychology and goal visualization.

Distinct Dimensions, Categories of Competence

In going along with people you need to posses the different skills of interaction. This is important in relating and getting other people agree with your idea.
Here are the different skills;

  1. Situational Awareness. We can think of this dimension as a kind of "social radar," or the ability to read situations and to interpret the behaviors of people in those situations, in terms of their possible intentions  emotional states, and proclivity to interact.
  2. Presence. Often referred to as "bearing," presence incorporates a range of verbal and nonverbal patterns, one's appearance, posture, voice quality, subtle movements a whole collection of signals other process into an evaluative impression of a person.
  3. Authenticity. The social radars of other people pick up various signals from our behavior that lead them to judge us as honest, open, ethical, trustworthy, and well-intentioned or inauthentic.

Ways of Improving our Chances of Surviving and Living

This is not an assurance that will make life more meaningful and excelllent, but if considered carefully, it may be achieved what had mentioned.

First, we need leaders who model high intelligence. in particular we need leaders who can articulate a positive vision of development and progress-even if it doesn't make all of us happy. We need leaders who appeal to our higher selves and invite to grow as individual and a society, rather than leaders who pander to our primal fears and selfish greed.

Second, we need an educational system that honors the principles and behaviors associated with high social intelligence, and that teaches our young people to understand the cultures and subcultures through which they must navigate in this modern world, and that emphasizes the value of collaboration over conflict. We need an educational system that equips young people to express their ideas clearly, to make themselves understood, and to seek to understand others before reacting to their behavior . They need at least a workable alternative to the standard seventeen-word teenager vocabulary- "awesome," "weird," "i'm like...," "Oh my God!,"

Suggested Readings

There are some inquiries and question coming from readers, followers, and friends. They have observed that we are posting pictures of books and part of it. Since we are engage in sharing knowledge, I have decided to share you the books that I have read. But we are not selling books. I just want to motivate you to read more, so that you will going to acquire more knowledge and ideas that you can use as you go along with your work and venture.
I started buying books fifteen years ago, because I found some books that are interesting to read, though I enrolled in graduate and post graduate schools, I didn't intent to buy any reference that we're using, instead I bought what I want to read. Until I've read the book of Leo Buscaglia which is about Living Loving and Learning , our professor in graduate school was discussing about professional growth when he runs out of time, you know I enjoyed listening to him in straight two hours, his name was Dr. Henry Galuba, he was good in relating views and topics, he suggested that if we want to learn some more about what he was talking about, we must buy that book. It is not much interesting to read at first, but I should do it because I want the way my professor relate it. It's difficult to understand, but I read not only twice but keep on going back into it, because I love what it says. You know I develop my reading habit, not only that, I also develop my comprehension and speed of reading.
